Provides all that is needed to build a Discovery Centre (DC), Centre of Excellence (COE), or Commercial Production Centre (CPC) within your community including, but not limited to, architecture and engineering documents to obtain building permits, placement of a local project manager, and general contractor to commence site preparation, construction, and commissioning of the structure. When combined with BenchmarkACT, BenchmarkGROW, BenchmarkMARKET, and BenchmarkINSIGHT, you will have all that is required to plan, design, implement and manage an urban indoor vertical farm.

Provides all that is needed to cultivate and process multiple crops within a Discovery Centre (DC), Centre of Excellence (COE), or Commercial Production Centre (CPC) including, but not limited to, purchasing, receiving, and commissioning the necessary instruments & equipment including Sprout AI, ETCH biotrace, and OS2, hiring and training local workers to operate and support multi-crop cultivation, harvest, processing, package & label, disposal, and storage. When combined with BenchmarkACT, BenchmarkBUILD, BenchmarkMARKET, and BenchmarkINSIGHT, you will have all that is required to plan, design, implement and manage an urban indoor vertical farm.

Provides all that is needed to market the multi-crops to be produced from a Discovery Centre (DC), Centre of Excellence (COE), or Commercial Production Centre (CPC) including the necessary market intelligence to confirm which crops are highest value crops to secure pre-sales agreements for multiple crops produced from the facility. When combined with BenchmarkACT, BenchmarkBUILD, BenchmarkGROW, and BenchmarkINSIGHT, you will have all that is required to plan, design, implement and manage an urban indoor vertical farm.

Provides all the mission critical data that is needed to operate and optimize crop production from a Discovery Centre (DC), Centre of Excellence (COE), or Commercial Production Centre (CPC) including, but not limited to, operational efficiency, quality assurance, inventory data, market data, wholesaler and end consumer purchasing frequency, through the use of our seed-to-sale software system known as One System One Solution (OS2).
